ABOUT QUALITY TECHNICAL SERVICES
 PURPOSE
Quality Technical Services was established to provide customers with independent verification of product quality during all stages of the manufacturing process at factories in China.
Quality Technical Services works for customers, and with manufacturers, to achieve customer requirements.
GOALS
Quality Technical Services is focused on achieving these goals:
- Provide services to customers that are beneficial & cost-effective.
- Manage projects independently or provide support to a project team.
- Verify adherence by the manufacturer to the approved standards, plans, specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Prevent errors & omissions from occurring during the manufacture of the product.
- Work with manufacturers, to achieve customer requirements.
- Achieve customer satisfaction & repeat business.
COMPANY HISTORY
2001 - Quality Technical Services LLC is established in the state of California, USA.
Frederik Ford performs inspections on intermodal shipping containers manufactured in China for customers in Australia, Japan & USA.
2002 - Partnership is established in Shanghai, China.
Frederik Ford and Richard Joo enter into a partnership to provide labor, and a diversity of skills & abilities to meet the needs of the growing inspection service business.
2002 - Diversified Inspection Work
Quality Technical Services performs inspection work on a variety of transport equipment, including railway rolling stock, freight containers & trailer chassis.
Quality Technical Services performs inspection work on steel structures, blast-resistant modules, modular homes, and mobile accommodation units.
